What is Reporting Hub?
Reporting Hub is a central location for all of your reports in isolved. This is being released as an enhancement by isolved to allow client users to spend less time navigating the system and find what you need more easily.
Reporting Hub brings reports into one organized destination, making it easier to find what you need, run reports with confidence and manage reporting tasks more efficiently. It is designed to reduce the time spent navigating the system, simplify the reporting process and improve accuracy through easier validation and customization before reports are generated.
Capabilities include:
- Comprehensive search and tag-based filtering to quickly locate reports
- Preview report layouts using sample data before generating
- Parameter-driven report customization to meet specific business and compliance needs
- Edit and regenerate reports without starting over
- Multi-select functionality to download multiple reports at once as a zip file
- Centralized Reports Queue to manage generated reports
- Enhanced payroll report archives with visibility into payroll runs and report details
What we like about it:
- You can mark your favorite reports. No more sifting through to find the reports you run on a regular basis.
- You can filter and sort more easily. No more sifting through lengthy lists of reports. The search bar, tags and filters allow quick navigation and report access.
- It cuts down on the clutter and second guessing on where to find reports. Eventually, this will take the place of Report Archive, Client Reports, My Reports, and My Reports Queue.
Consolidation of where you find your reports
Reporting Hub will eventually take the place of Report Archive, Client Reports, and My Reports Queue. isolved will eventually be removing these menu items. We will keep you updated on timing.
Reporting Hub will NOT take the place of Continuous Report Archive.
If you download multiple reports in Reporting Hub, they are placed in a zip folder with individual PDFs. For guidance on how to use Continuous Report Archive, see our client guide here.
