Memorial Day
Noon closure on Friday, May 22nd and closed Monday, May 25th
Monday 5/25 Check Date – moved to Friday, 5/22. Payroll submissions due Wednesday 5/19 by 2PM.
Juneteenth
Closure on Friday, June 19th
Friday 6/19 Check Date – moved to Thursday 6/18. Payroll due Tuesday 6/16 by 2 PM.
4th of July
Closure on Friday, July 3rd (this is not a bank holiday).
Friday 7/3 is an eligible Check Date. Payroll due Wednesday 7/1 by 2 PM
Labor Day
Noon closure on Friday, September 4th and closed Monday, September 7th
Monday 9/7 Check Date – moved to Friday, 9/4. Payroll submissions due Wednesday 9/2 by 2PM.

You can submit payroll early without worrying about timing.
Payroll funding is always driven by pay date, not the actual submit date. You can find information about dates here:
On the PAYROLL SUMMARY report you’ll see the ACH date that we’ll be pulling the funds.
When you log into the system, there is a calendar you can always view. The funds are being pulled the business day between the Payroll DUE date and the Pay DATE.
You can also click on VIEW under Processing Schedule and that will bring up a rolling calendar that you can always print.
