isolved Update

NOW LIVE Enhanced Security for Direct Deposit Updates with MFA

To better protect your sensitive information and ensure a secure user experience, isolved now requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all direct deposit updates within Administration (Classic isolved®).   There is an expected release in Q3 that employees will also have the required MFA for all direct deposit updates through the adaptive view (mobile app).

What you need to know:

Automatic MFA Prompt:

MFA will automatically prompt you to verify your identity whenever you attempt to save changes to direct deposit information. No setup is required-just follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate.

Streamlined Session Experience:

Once authenticated, you can make multiple updates during the same session without needing to re-authenticate for each individual change.
