Based on user feedback received, isolved has decided to extend the verification window for Multi-Factor Authentication to 26 hours (previously 12). By extending the MFA window, you will need to authenticate less frequently, thus reducing the interruptions to your work day. No action needs to be taken by you – this is automatic is already in effect.
As part of this update, users will notice the following improvements in AEE and in the mobile app:
- Addition of new speed dial capabilities for punching in and out
- Updated location for the settings function to access user preferences, switch users, and more via the profile picture
This update will impact employees who currently punch in and out on their phones.
By simplifying the site selection process, isolved aims to streamline user interactions, reduce friction points, and improve overall usability. Improvements include:
- Recognizable logos will be used to easily differentiate between sites
- Time stamp notification to indicate when each site was last accessed
- The ability to hide sites that are no longer desired in view
- Access to the site selection screen only if an employee has active accounts in more than one tenant / site
- Simplified tenant selection options for qualifying employees
